Portland, Maine Based Piano Trio Will Present Fundraising Concert Including Piano Trios by Amy Beach, Haydn and Shostakovich!

A Portland, Maine based Piano Trio will be presenting a fundraising house concert to support their non-profit music instructional organization called 240 Strings. The program will include the piano trios of AMY BEACH, Op. 151, as well as Haydn and Shostakovich, which will be followed by wine and dessert in the moonlit courtyard.

The concert will take place on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 7:00pm and 9:30pm in the historic Freeport home of Maddy & Joe Vertenten in Freeport, ME, United States. Tickets are $80.

All proceeds will benefit the trio’s educational program, 240 Strings. 240 Strings builds community for Portland youth by providing subsidized music lessons, chamber music coachings and affordable concerts. The trio received 501c3 status this spring, and with your help, they look forward to growing their programs.
